Nevada is a 1634 state, so people who get SSI are usually enrolled in Medicaid based on the Social Security decision.

Adults with disabilities who do not get SSI can apply through DWSS under the aged, blind and disabled rules, including higher income limits for people who need nursing facility level of care and use a waiver.
